Unfortunately, no. Converge 2025 is designed to be a fully in-person experience to encourage hands-on learning, immersive networking, and real-time collaboration. We believe the impact of the conclave is best experienced live, on the ground, with the vibrant energy of participants coming together in Goa.

Yes, the Registration Fee Includes the accommodation & for the mentioned duration (*only applicable for outstation students). Details are available on the website.

Can I register on the spot at the venue?
On-the-spot registrations may be allowed if slots are available, but we strongly recommend registering in advance to guarantee participation in workshops and sessions with limited capacity.
Is there a help desk or on-ground support during the event?
Yes, multiple help desks will be stationed at the venue. Volunteers and staff will assist with directions, schedules, lost & found, emergencies, and general queries.
Is there a group registration option for our students?

Will there be time to explore Goa during the event?
Yes! The schedule includes leisure evenings and cultural programs, giving attendees time to explore local beaches, markets, and heritage sites. Optional guided experiences may also be offered.
Can I extend my stay after the conclave?
Definitely! Goa is a popular vacation destination, and you’re encouraged to extend your trip and explore the beaches, forts, nightlife, and cuisine. The organizing team may also share curated travel guides for interested attendees.

Yes, attendees will have access to complimentary meals and refreshments during conclave hours.
What’s the weather like in Goa during the conclave?
Converge 2025 is scheduled for October 10th–11th, which falls at the tail-end of the monsoon season in Goa. You can expect warm, humid weather with occasional showers. We recommend carrying light, breathable clothing, along with an umbrella or light rain jacket just in case. Comfortable footwear is also advised for moving between sessions.

How do I get to the venue from the airport or railway station?
By Air: Goa International Airport (Dabolim) and Manohar International Airport (Mopa) serve domestic and international flights.
By Train: Major railheads like Madgaon and Thivim are well-connected.
